The first move in the Career Development department was readjusting responsibilities and creating a new role to head this mission… That is when the position of Chief eXperience Officer (CXO) was created and Debra Trappen was chosen to fill it.
Anyone who knows Debra knows that she operates from a place of passion. She LIVES her boldly stated mission “To Inspire, Ignite & Infuse: Passion, Progress & Purpose” every day, focuses on lifting those around her closer to their dreams, and believe that the experience is an important ingredient to everyone’s success.
Her mission is to resource, support, train, and educate our teams… and isn’t only technical or practical, but also always strives for inspirational.
Please join us in welcoming Laura Yamanoha to the #swaggagurlz team! Laura’s main responsibilities will include a large focus on the recruiting process and finding quality brokers for our already awesome company! Along with recruiting, Laura will be the Training Department “GLUE!” She will be coordinating the operations of the department, making sure everything is operating in tip top shape!
Laura comes to us with 8 years of real estate experience. She has a background in sales in residential and commercial properties, relocation for corporate transferee’s, inventory properties and eBusiness. We are excited to have Laura as our newest member of our team!

So you ask… What will Linda Aaron and (me) Melissa Ceja be doing?!… Don’t cha worry we are still here with new and improved responsibilities!
The focus will be on social media management and online training opportunities and resources for our brokers. You will see me coordinating webinars, tutorials, techy trainings and company tools training for our fabulous brokers! If you know me, you already know this is my passion and right up my alley! I will manage communications and engagement with our brokers on CB Bain Facebook, CB Seal Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google + and the other social platforms that come my way! (We all know how often these change!)
And last but NEVER least… Linda Aaron couldn’t get away from the #swaggagurlz team if she tried! (*wink*)
Her main responsibility is to be the voice between all company departments… in other words – she is our corporate liason! She is still going to be a big part of our company training initiatives with her Train the Trainers program that focuses on training our branch staff on all things that pertain to our world of real estate. Linda pretty much keeps us in line and efficient… Knowledge is power and she’s got it!
As you can see, we have all the people in place to take training, recruiting/connecting, and social business initiatives to another level… So put your seatbelts on – here we come!!
