COLDWELL BANKER BAIN'S EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Coldwell Banker Bain places a high importance on training and education for our brokers. In fact, we offer all our proprietary Continuing Education courses to our brokers at no charge. Yes, you read that correctly, our courses are free to our Coldwell Banker Bain brokers.
As a newly licensed broker, we offer all the required courses for a first renewal as well as a robust continuing education course catalog for subsequent renewals. These courses are offered through live classroom instruction, video streaming, and in-branch training.
In addition to our live classes, we have negotiated discounts with online real estate schools for those brokers who prefer to take courses online. We have both pre-license and CE online training available through our partnership with Rockwell Institute and OnLineEd.

NEW BROKER START-UP PROGRAM
8 days of live training totaling 50 certified clock hours.All real estate brokers are entrepreneurs and are starting up their own real estate businesses. We redesigned our new broker training with that in mind. During this 8-day course, we will teach our brokers the foundation of systems, tools, and resources to launch their real estate business, develop the habits necessary to produce income and grow their business. The course is designed to build on each day adding the skills necessary for thriving real estate practice.
YOUR FIRST LICENSE RENEWAL
In Washington State, we provide brokers with the necessary (90 clock hours) classes for their first renewal.
- 30-hour Advanced Practices Course
- 30-hour Real Estate Law Course
- 3-hour Core Course
- At least 27 hours other approved continuing education
- The hours must be started after the date of first licensure
