Linda began her career with Coldwell Banker Bain at our Lake Union branch.  She joined the corporate office in 2010 in her role as the Director of Training & Education in which she wrote and developed classes and workshop for brokers in the area related to computers, technology,  online marketing and social networking.

In January of 2012,  Linda refocused her attention on her role as Operations Coordinator for the Bain and Seal divisions.  The purpose of this role is to work with our branch staff  to ensure that we are working efficiently and effectively in our operating systems and procedures.

As of August 2012, Linda added the CB Bain Seal Training and Education department to her responsibilities. Curious by nature and always seeking and learning about new technology, tools and resources to bring the most up-to-date information to our broker and staff communities.

When she is not working, Linda is passionate about photography and enjoys travel and seeking new landscapes and subjects to capture with her lens. Linda is the proud mother of two grown daughters and is delighted to be the Nana of three beautiful grandchildren. She resides in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.

For the past few years I’ve been fortunate to work for a top Coldwell Banker affiliate as the Recruiting Strategist and Human Capital Talent Manager. I have a rigorous work ethic and appetite for helping our company grow. I am committed and passionate about our company mission and vision, serving my team, colleagues and our industry. NatalieNATALIE GRANDE,  Instructor & Training Manager (Bain)

In 2003, Natalie Grande joined the CB Bain | Seal accounting team and proved herself to be a valuable member. She then transferred to the Lake Union branch as the Accounting and Technology Coordinator in 2006, where she spent the next 4 years learning all aspects of running a branch office.  In 2010, the Office Manager position opened and Natalie was promoted without hesitation. As the Office Manager, she was responsible for managing the staff but she also worked very closely with brokers to assist with their online marketing and technology.

In her new role as the Trainer, Natalie will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of the training department.  Her personal expertise and knowledge of the day-to-day running of a branch office will be an asset when training branch staff and office managers.

Being a “tech curious” person, Natalie is excited about developing new classes and workshops pertaining to technology as well as all of the CB Bain | Seal provided tools, systems and resources.  Her time spent assisting brokers at a branch will be invaluable in her new position as she has a clear understanding about what brokers need to succeed in their business with technology and marketing. On a personal note, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, traveling with her husband, skiing/snowboarding & anything outdoors.

Born and raised in Washington, Joel has always loved the Pacific Northwest and the abundance of creative energy that it has created. As the graphic designer with the recruiting department at Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal, Joel is tasked with the creation of print and web materials to help expand and develop the brand recognition for 32 branches throughout Washington and Oregon.  Joel is a lifelong advocate to the creative process and is constantly exploring new was make sure materials used at Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal reflect the talent and professionalism that this company has been built on.

Erica Samson will manage, schedule and teach a roster of company-developed education classes, training brokers on the tools, technology and social media platforms critical to their success. With education a cornerstone of CB Seal’s commitment to professional development, Samson’s assignment brings to our south region brokers and staff even greater access to learning opportunities and support.

From her start in title and escrow in 2001, Samson has built a career that includes stints in sales, business development, customer service and as a technology trainer. With her passion for professional growth, education and technology, Samson is eager to be part of CB Seal and to share the many resources the company offers brokers to help their businesses flourish.
Erica, who lives in Beaverton, Ore., with her husband and children, enjoys hiking, camping, rock climbing and photography in her free time.
